i thought posting in this forum would get the most replies. do you guys have any experience with it? how much should it cost? how do you maintain it, and does age well?

 

suede won't age well at all, it has little to no UV protection. Alcantara will age better, but it's not very stretchable iirc, so beware.

 

alcantara is my lastname.. wired.. how does an alcantara looks and do yah have pics of it.. is it some kinda fabric..

what car is this for? a suede dash in a honda looks ridiculous, but if you have a caddy or something, by all means go for it. alacantra is more expensive than suede btw( type r seats and some recaro's have alacantra)

 

my friend is starting up a costum interior business and i think an alcantara dash will be better looking than my dried and cracked up dash
