I haven't had any luck trying to find if this is normal or not, but when I let off the throttle, the fan will usually kick on. Touch the gas the slightest bit, and the fan turns off.

Otherwise it operates like it should....and keeps water temp around where it should be. Only reason I notice it now is because the fuse box has been relocated to the inside of the car.....the relay is freakin loud.
