Default Spon a bearing, 96 drag III turbo, building the block now and i need some help...

Well i have a 96 integra with a drag III kit with 310 injectors and 3" exhuast all the way back, and i have had my car at 10 psi for a while and its seen 12 at times and today i finally spon a bearing. Now i know i want to build up my block but i want to know the best way to go and what to get. Today i ordered Eagle rods and they told me to take off my manifolds and turbo, and have the machine shop look at it and tell me what pistons i need. I need to know exactly what i should get, i was thinking about getting Je pistons but im not sure what kind. Also they said the bearings i have to wait to order too until my block is open. Any advise from anyone would be great on what to do. Also one more question, what is the quitest possible muffler i can have on my 3" all the way back no cat, my car is way too loud now so i know after the build up it will be even louder, i have a cheap apex clone exhuast now and it sounds nice but WAY too loud, whats the quitest and best muffler to throw on. Thanks a lot, let me know about any thing, please~!

How do you know you spun a bearing?

You usually spin bearings from bad maintenance (oil starvation), not boost...
