me too! i think it is definately possible, but it will be fun. just to give you an idea here is my holset hx35 topmount. i have about a 1/2" or so between head and top rad support, and i had to lose my highbeam for the filter.
so you could probably push the turbo out more to fit the 42r, you'll just have to do a lot of cutting.
