ex d16 octane?

what is th stock reccomended octane for the d16z6? and if ive added a cam does it make any difference?

regular 87 octane i think, but i don't think the cam would make much of a diff.

87 is recommended in the manual I am pretty sure, either 87 or 89, doesn't make a difference.
