Default Rear squealing noise...

I had my car in to get some rust in the trunk removed. It was above the passenger side rear wheel. When I got my car back, I started it up in gear with the parking brake on I always leave my car in neutral, and didn't think that these guys would leave it in gear. So I just start it up again, but as I'm driving I notice a squealing sound coming from the passenger side rear wheel. Now I don't know if its my fault b/c of what I did, or if they did something when fixing the rust there. When I accelerate in a straight line, you could barely hear it. When I slow down by braking or letting it roll, the sound gets louder and louder until I'm about to stop; then its a long screech and stops. Any ideas what it could be? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

My guess would be when you started the car in gear with the e brake up, and it jerked then probably messed somthing up in the back

What year accord is it? gotta know if it has drums or discs in the rear..

Your best bet is to take off the wheel on the trouble side and look around

If its drum take off the rear drum, if it dosnt come off easy try wiggling it or just tap around the back side with a mallet

if its disk look at the caliper.. maybe a shim came loose

Probably didn't mess anything up. How come people are taking turns at 40 and pulling the e-brake and they have no problems?

i97supratti, take it back to the shop where the work was done and tell them about it.

It's a body shop, they told me they can't help me. I'll prolly end up bothering them again tomorrow, but it seems like I'll end up fixing this myself. Would anyone know what I can do?
