by bung do you mean tail pipe silencer, do they even make a tail pipe silencer for the spoon muffler

 

LOL bung, yea brosef im pretty sure the spoon hath no bung, but if you are talking of a silencer then yes it silences. and yes you can run it without the silencer it will just be (can you guess?) LOUDER! but you might want to put it back on after a while. like my hks system sound like 500 bees making sweet love to a can with out a silencer!
