Help buying a transmission
What should I look for when buying a manual transmission for a d16y engine.
What codes should I look for?
What sensors should I look for?
What common problem areas are there?
What would be a fair price?
This would be going into a '97 hatchback with sohc vtec.
I was offered a bare 1995 del sol transmission (unknown miles) for $150 (one of the electrical plugs is shattered). Should I take it or keep looking?
