Codes P0172/P0170 Sys Too Rich(Bank1)

I started to get this code this morning after driving for about 5 mns. Before the code, the car would idle very low sometimes and sometimes even stall. Also seems to be a "whining" noise during accelleration. I had it checked today and they gave me a printout with codes P0172 SYSTEMK TOO RICH (BANK 1), and P0170 FUEL TRIM MALFUNCTION (BANK 1).
Anyone know anything about this code?
Mods are in a 1999 Civic SI w/ 56k miles:
Crower Stage 1's
AEM V2
Axle Back Exhaust
