Default JDM TYPE R, Injectors wont send fuel

Car: 92 DX hatch
Motor 99 JDM Type R

Installed the motor no problem. Car started up first try. Then I moved the harness around for a very simple wire tuck. Try to start the car and it wont fire.

The main relay comes on, fuel pump primes, fuel pressure gauge on the fuel filter reads 45 psi or so, pulled spark plugs and they have spark when I crank the engine over.

Spark plugs look a little white, I think from cranking the motor over a bunch of times without fuel. The are dry and I cant smell fuel.

pulled all four injectors and the rail out, and they dont shoot fuel when priming or cranking the motor.

Sprayed some carb cleaner in the injector holes while they were out. Put the injectors back on and the car fires on carb cleaner but wont start.

Im not throwing any codes!?!?

I tried changing the dash harness two different times with ones from the wreckers, tried changing the ecu with a known to be good ecu.

All fuses are good.

PLEASE HELP!

hope the pic helps to bring people in

the injectors run off a common 12V ignition source from the main relay. check to make sure you have 12V on the yel/blk wire at the driver's shock tower. (a bunch of them in the same plug are tied together)

You can check for 12v at the injectors connectors also. if you have 12v check for a pulsing ground signal on the other wire.
