Default Ecu for a ITR swap in a 93 civic coupe???

what's up?? i got a p28 ecu right now out of my 1.6l SOHC vtec, i've learned that i need to get it chipped to DOHC to do this ITR swap. does anybody know if i would have to get it tuned if i would buy a stage 1 hondata ecu or stage 2, all i want is to get it to a 8500 redline, and a 9000 rpm rev limiter. thanks for your help!!!

i sell DIY kits to suit your application, you can save alot and gain few horses over a stock OBDII ecu

chips such as PYR or Mugen are good start
