Default What should be my next step?

I was wondering what you guys think as to what would help my car out more when I go to do more stuff to it later this year: a new/better header, cams or doing block work(B/BP, all new seals/gaskets) My budget will be around 750-1000. I've just heard similar results with these totally different mods so I was wondering what you think would keep my car most reliable.
for cams I'm thinking of CTR/ITRs, or the buddy club 3+s, For the header, I'm thinking of rage, profab or spark racing.

full setup is jdm b16a ('92 2nd gen)
injen 3"CAI
AEBS TB
AEBS IM(Ported runnners)
RC 310s
magnecore wires
denso plugs
DC 4-1 stainless header (dented to **** )
2.5" custom mandrel exhaust
Exedy clutch and flywheel
tuned on crome pro by chris of whitfield racing

IF YOU VOTE PLEASE SAY WHY AND WHAT BRAND(S) YOU'D RECCOMEND.

I would do a jdm itr header with some buddy club 3's. SMS even recommends that header for 1.6's.

What he forgot to metion to you guys is that he currently has an old DC header that has the bottom two tubes crushed. So IMO a header would be the next step because even with larger cams you will not be using the motors full potential with a crushed header... My vote goes for a WhitfieldRacingInc.'s header (rage) as for cams I would rock some blox1's (great price)

true... I edited the post to include that, as well as the whole setup so far.

Umm. the toda header is one of the most expensive headers on the market, sure it performs but for about 300-400 less I could get a rage or spark racing and have almost as nice of a curve and as much area under the curve. As for hondata, why would I get that I've already got crome pro.

So I guess header is a near unanimous decision. Might be able to get cams at the same time too. I'm thinking of getting a stage 1 type cam, still not too sure what to go with. But I gotta get the $ first.

I completely disagree. You will see more hp for less money with a good header, then cams. There is no reason at all to go into the short block at this point.

Also, the JUN and Toda headers show up used for decent prices sometimes and are both great b-16 headers. The DC sports 4-1 is also a decent header (for the money) for your application when it is not beat up.

Good luck with your project.
