Okay i got 01 prelude base w/ exhaust, intake, tb, and a f!@#ing skunk 2 im. So everyone knows the egr cel problem. So would it be okay to put in a p28 ecu?(but isn't it OBD1 and if it is i will need a conversion harness right) or a p72 but will it run right because of the secondaries in the im? All i want to do is have a tuneable ecu with no cel (which would be better if i did an OBD1 conversion). can someone help me out with the some options? As far as what steps i need to do. and will my car run right. sorry to cause more threads with this skunk2 im. ps don't buy it

 

You don't need to solve your EGR CEL 'problem', you need programmable engine management to get any value out of that manifold. Really though, that manifold was the worst choice you could make if you have stock compression.

 

okay i do need to solve my egr problem because i have to get emissions (yeah i could clear the codes w/ an OBD2 and then drive thru) but i want to sell the car and you cant expect to get any value if you got cel. i'm probably just going to replace it with euro r manifold. between the cel and the power loss it is garbage and should be sent back to skunk2 in the same box they package rubber dog **** with. sorry just greiving, it's a process.
