i'm using crome and i bumped up the idle ignition timing up to 22 degrees in columns 1 to 4. my question is, does my idle timing still have to be at 16 degrees on the crank pulley when i short the cel? i remember reading that somewhere, not sure though

22 degrees timing set via software.
Distributor is 15-16deg.
Do you know how to tune with Crome?
