Guys Good News!

i mean Bad news...i just blown my B16A. Don't ask me how but it happened...F1 style <--- white smoke and bits of metal pieces flying from my exhaust!

ok...now time to move on!

I'm seriously thinking of a CRVTEC. But got some questions to ask....

1. should i go for crank balance and lightening...i was advise to leave the cranks alone.... would it able to rev to 8000 rpms?

2. pistons....Wat kind of compression will a stock B20B piston on a B16A give? i got a feeling that it won't be enough....

3. engineering work has to be done to the pistons itself......cause the VTEC valves are big...so the pistons have to be bored slightly to accomodate the valves from hiting the pistons...Question is, will this weaken the pistons?

4. the combustion chamber on the B16A head is only 81 mm....do they have to port/bore the head to 84 mm ? whay if the head is bolt on with out any modifications...any side effects?

5. fuelling....what injectors to use? I probably will be going for a H22A and a RB20 skyline fuel pump...hehehe ....any other alternative?

6. What kind of power can i aspect from a B20/B16 hybrid using SPOON cams & cam gears?
