Suspenssion upgrade????
Well, my first Honda civic, I have no idea where to look for suspension upgrade or what is good out there.
I want to lower it no more then 1.5", not interested in coils, cuz want to still have some kinda nice of a ride....
Please help and guide me in the right directions ....
Any input will be greatly appreciated, thank you

THe HFP suspension lowers the car about an inch, it's a lot firmer than the stock suspension but doesn't give you whiplash either and it actually fits the car perfectly, it comes preassembled, and just slaps right on (plus an alignment). Does 600 sound like a lot for all 4 corners springs and struts together? I don't know how much aftermarket equipment costs.
Here's the site that offers them for 600.00 http://www.hondaautomotivepart...s.jsp

I have the h&r springs on stock struts and shocks. No good at all. Get either full system or springs with new shocks and struts. I am about to get ride of mine if you would like to purches them.

Neuspeeds and tokico struts on are em3's are platinum. It will give you a nice drop front and back. I would suggest not to go with eibach cus they will only give you about a 1 in drop in which is not noticable so not worth buying. The set up I suggest will give you a lower stance without the sacrifice of ride comfort. Near close to stock. I suggest if you want to keep your tires for a good amount of time......make sure you invest on a camber.
I bought my tokico struts 320$ shipped and neuspeeds 120$ shipped all brand new. Stay away from coilovers, and you probably dont need adjustable shocks unless you racing on track.

tein s techs. get the real ones though...there are fakes and its on tein's site how to tell the difference. anyway, the drop is 1.3/1.4 and its not bad at all. the ride feels stock and i can take turns better. no complaints. my stock shocks/struts are still fine too. in the end i got a 2 finger gap out of it with my stock tires. 185/65/15s. good luck and do it yourself!!! its way fun!
