i have 2001 honda civic ex vtec motor looking for a better motor what kind should i get ..?? thankx

i heard the "search" engine provides great gains, try that one.

for the real question.... that all depends on what your looking for and what your goin to do with it. B18 is a pretty good motor the but i have a 01 ex and im pretty pleased with it and it can handle a turbo pretty well.

Well, a B-series is nice, it's extremely difficult and expensive to put into an EM2. There's no company supporting that swap, and there's only a couple of people who've done it. There are only two B-series swaps that I've seen done for the EM2. Both were show cars.

saltville flat 7thgencivic had a b18 or b16 in it. either that or a destroked b18.

It was a destroked b16 toa 1.5L making 500whp.
