Not sure about US. There are bumper to bumper warranty (basically EVERYTHING) and major components warranty (engine, trans, axle etc)...
Bumper warranty - 3 year / 60 000 km
major comp - 5 year / 100 000 km

major comp - 5 year / 100 000 km
It hasn't been 3 years 36K miles in a LONG time. Since 1993, all Acura cars sold new in the U.S. have had the following warranty terms (as shown on Acura's website):
New Vehicle - 4 year/50,000-mile limited warranty*
Accessories - 4 year/50,000-mile limited warranty**
Outer Body Rust-through - 5 year/unlimited-mile limited warranty*
Roadside Assistance (TLC™) - 4 year/50,000-mile limited warranty
* Ordinary maintenance items or adjustments, parts subject to normal wear and replacement, and certain other items are excluded. See your Acura dealer for the items and conditions of limited warranties.
** When installed at time of new-vehicle delivery.
+ Does not apply to fluid and filter changes or periodic inspections. Please refer to the maintenance section of your owner's manual to determine all appropriate maintenance intervals.

In the U.S., there's no distinction between the bumper-to-bumper portion and the drivetrain (major component) portion; the time and mileage limits split the difference between the two sets of limits used in Canada.
I had some moisture in a couple of my headlights last year -- condensation on the inside of the lens. On a nice warm dry day, I pulled the bulb fitting off and left them open for a while and they dried out. Seemed like a good short-term fix.
I have moisture in at least one tail light now too (in the backup light) -- airing that out isn't going to be as easy.

it happens just, ALL OF A SUDDEN.
It's warm and sunny here today (70 F), and when I checked I found my headlights are still dry inside -- so I guess I can recommend the air-them-out idea. I noticed that both my backup lights have moisture in them though...
