As you probably know that is highly illegal. It's very simple to do, but it's not worth it.
get yourself a honda electrical guide.
I would think you would need to tap into the wires for the light switch (the one next to the steering wheel, don't know the technical name for it) and put switch between the power cable. if you do this not only it is illegal, as already mentioned, but it also kills all the dash lights as well.

The high beams do work when the headlights are off. Next time you're at a stop light, behind a car, just pull back on that left stalk!
My alarm has the headlight turn on safety feature. I can just press a button on my key chain and turn my headlights on with no other lights. Only problem is the brake light kill... Get a helms, it shouldn't be too dificult to figure out. Find the fuse for the brake lights, trace a wire, put in a switch... Sounds pretty obvious to me...

It actually IS quite simple... I had a "stealth mode" switch in my first car (a 1983 Subaru GL-10 Station Wagon
) ; in the crazy days of my youth I thought it would be cool to disable ALL the lights (except some driving lights in this case), including the brake lights, in case I ever had to run from the cops.
Ok, so it wasn't that smart.

sounds cool but you had better not get in a wreck or let your car die! b/c if you get caught that is 2 FELONIES you will be hit with! the laws has changed it is now a 2nd calss FELONY to evade in a motor vehicle (found out the hard way in earlier days and believe me its not worth it)
Just FYI they can still see you with kill switch(you have reflectors all over your car N-E-ways plates, in tail lights...ect.) I know I had one!

sounds like the story i heard from a cop friend. I'll give the cliff notes.
Drug dealers were using high end exotics (ferrari's, Lambo's etc) painted flat black, black tint, no lights, running drugs at high speeds at night using night vision goggles. drove the cops crazy cause they're radars would show insane speeds (190s etc) and the cops ouwldnt be able to see anything.
PS- dont steal my car.

this is what is known as the "James Dean switch" He had them in all his Porsches so he could run in the Cali hills and get away from the cops...
