skunk2 stage 1's wont yield much more power than CTR cams...id do with those or BC3's..keeping stock rev limit of course

Honestly I thought the BC3+s sucked on my B16. I mean yeah there's a midrange gain, but once you get up top they don't feel very powerful. Almost like stock cams

I'd just do Skunk2 Stage 1s or Toda A (not sure if those are ok on stock valvetrain though)

what head gasket?
where can i order 1 online?
if anyone has any info that might help that would be the business </TD></TR></TABLE>

huh? I'm pretty sure you do not need that much compression for the 3+. BC4s yeah. I think you'll be fine with the ITR compression.

BC3+ is more aggressive on valvetrain then you guys think. duration is in the 250-260 at .050 and lift is over .450 on intake and exhuaust. I checked a set I had mid last year and I remember the numbers wer somewhere in there. Exhaust cam did have more lift on it, but the intake had a lil more duration.

thanks for all the info guys. this will be goin on a b20vtec wit aebs manifold, 68mm tb, pos header, and rs machines pistons. head is mildly ported, and hondata im gasket. also has itr valvetrain. another question is, if i go wit bc3+ will i have to grind the valve reliefs in the psitons? im gonna go wit rs machines itr replica pistons.

does rocket make anything comparable to the bc3+? does anyon have dyno charts of b20 vtec wt bc3+ in it? a buddy of mine made 214whp on a b20vtec that was pretty simple wit s2s1 cams and stock valvetrain. so its kinda hard as to what to choose. thanks

Yeah RM makes the M20/M21 cam but I don't know if I would run it on the r valvetrain.

No you wont have to grind anything with the rs piston. You will have more than enough clearance.
