someone said that for my car the iat sensor is on the bottom half of my airbox to the right of the throttle. Is the airbox where the air filter is housed? Because i found a 2 pronged plugg on the right side of my airfilter and i want to be sure its the iat sensor.

Anyways, the IAT sensor is on the right side of the engine. It is a two wire connection at the very tip/end.
