I have a 99 b18b

I can't find my Helms manual anywhere so I need your help asap. i'm gonna go ref my swap and i can't take it there unless i clear my code (91). Here's what I need:

Helms or haynes under Fuel/Emission:

-Go to Troubleshooting Section
-Look for Engine/Powertrain control module terminal(ECM/PCM) connecor "D"
-On terminal "15" it's The PTank (Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor)
-There should be some **** and a number there.
-I just need to know which years and model did not come with the FTP sensor.
