Helm help
Hello all. I have a 94 GSR and I want to have more knowledge about rebuilding the engine. I realize the best directions for engine assembly, disassembly etc. are through Helms manuals. I went to the site but I am REALLY confused about where to go for what I need. There's the Honda Engine's category, Acura, then you go through whether it's the training information or service and owner information. I'm just flat out confused on which book/manual I need to take out my engine, completely dis-assemble it, repair/replace what I need, re-assemble it, and throw it back in the car. WHICH MANUAL DO I NEED TO DO THIS. Please help me out guys! Thanks in advance. Can someone please direct me to exactly what I need and not tell me to look or search because I've been doing it for a while.
Also if you help me all of your wildest dreams will come true

Ive got what I think is the helm service manual and it is very helpful with everything ive had to do so far, it has a ton of pages, and is like 4 inches thick. It's like 60 bucks but it is really informative and somewhat easy to follow because its so big. Now on engine rebuilding I havent looked at that section before so I dont know exactly. But lots of extra info on the integra only is a good thing right

http://www.helminc.com
choose 'aftermarket - DIY'
brand = Acura
choose 'service & owner information'
enter year/model & 'shop/service info...'
then it says it's out of stock (gee, thanks...) & you can be notified when it's available.
I've got the '95 version of this, & it's got what you need to dismantle the engine completely. It's good if you wanna rebuild to factory spec, but it doesn't say anything about choosing aftermarket parts for your build.
