Default Gsr or Sir tranny

I have a gsr swap in my 1997 civic coupe, my tranny is dead....it's better to stay with a gsr or another tranny (Si-r) ? Thank's

SiR/B16a tranny has the same gearing as an 'R' tranny. I'd get that one if I were you.

yeah, look into a 99-00 si tranny, as stated above, it has the exact same gear ratios as an ITR...much shorter gears than a gsr tranny = mad fast acceleration.

i'd go with the b16 tranny, but good luck finding one.
