intake system:std,dx,si

Default intake system:std,dx,si

i was wondering if theres a difference between the stock intake systems off of a std, dx, and si hatchbacks/crx..i have a d16z6 in my ef and i recently picked up a intake system off of a std..and it was too long to fit in my 88 dx...wondern if theres a difference...thanks in advance

if you are trying to get a stock exhaust for the ref, you dont need it

just if i want to sell my intake in the future and go back to stock i would like to know if theres a difference...

get the Si one. sry i thought i saw exhaust in there somewheres, its still early. i would recommend using the stock airbox at the ref, again, use the Si one.

well yes, no duh. dx and std are dpfi, SI is mpfi.

Yes. The STD and DX Had DPFI I beleive. HF and SI had MPFI, but the Si one has bigger tubing for it to match up to the bigger TB. I think. Correct me if I'm wrong.

you are correct sir, however the HF pipe is small, probably smaller then the STD and DX pipe.
