engine code 43???

yea i got a blink code 43 ... any ideas ... 91 civic ... d16a8/ si tranny

code 43 is a fuel malfunction... u could try checking ur 02 sensor and reseting your ECU... pull the plugs off the ECU plugs or pull the fuse out for 15 seconds or more

fuel supply system error. have you made any modifications recently affecting the fuel system? check injectors, wiring, ECU, etc.

yea ... it was a d15b1 .... i put in a d16a8 but we used to have this exact set up on a another car but it got totaled ... the engine and ecu were okay and i put that in my car ...

something's wrong still with that fuel delivery system.

recheck the wiring, test the injectors, and test that ECU. i'm willing to put money on one of those three things, something isnt right in there, obviously.

okay well .. i reset the ecu and i been drivin it all day ... the codes hasnt reappeared ... uhm... well il keep on waiting but im probaly going to get a new o2 sensor the one i have looks kina beat up ... do you know whats the part number for that o2 sensor?

yea .. where is the d16a8 motor come from ?? does any civic d16 o2 sensor will do?
