It will fit with little to no modification, but the seatbelt is another thing

 

I think ive read on here before that 3 out of the 4 bolts line up.

There you go he confirmed it

 

those seats will fit in a lot of honda chassis's

 

You will also have to unbolt the seat belt lock from the DA seat frame. Then bolt it onto the new seatframe.

To get the other bolt, you do need to modify it. And I wouldn't recommend driving only with 3 bolts in a seat, it could be bad news if you got into an accident.
