Default changing a wiring harness on a type r EK?

hey guys, i recently found out that i might need to change my wiring harness. The guy that i bought the car off of didnt care about the car so i guess he jus did a BS swap. I have a Ek with a b18c5 motor in it. What harness do i need inorder for it to run right. Is the wiring harness hard to change?

if you have 96-98 i'd get the 96-98 ex engine harness
if you have 99-00 i'd get the 99-00 si/ex engine harness

^^ exactly what he said. I'm pretty sure for the EX harness there are some wires that need to be extended, but nothing soldering can't fix. I'll soon know for sure cause i'm replacing mine in the next few weeks hopefully.
