Default 11.5 c/r w/87 gas possible?

i just did my swap...but before i did it i forgot all about the gas and luckily only have about a 1/4 tank left....so do u guys think it is safe to drive on...once it starts up, ill be driving it to a tuner right away but just wondering would that be ok for the motor?...its a 81.75 gsr block with aftermarket jdm itr pistons , buddy club spec 3+ cams, 64mm throttle body, blox manifold, rc310, 255lph fuel pump running on a chipped p28, chipped by phearable.net

if anyone has almost the same set up or if anyone who has experience with these types of build, where do u guys think the fuel pressure should be set at?
