Default Engine Mis-fireing Check engine light codes (71-74)

Yea just bought a greddy kit for my 98 integra Gs-R and i have everything installed and when i started my engine it had a werid *** idel and while on the tes run it died out 4 times with the check engine light blinking. I got the codes from jumping a wire and it was saying 73,72,74,71 and i looke them and it said cylinder 1,2,3,4 are mis fireing.
I checked all my injectors and they work, i double checked all the vacum lines and nothing leaks, the only thing i think the problem could be is the FMU. I have a apexi VAFC hooked up to it and then hooked that up to my OBD 2. Also i am using splices to wire things to gether.

Are you using the FCU (blue box) that the kit came with or an FMU?

If it was the FCU, how did you wire up the map sensor. On the diagram, it tells you to cut the map sensor wire and tap it with the green wire (out) and the white wire (in) from the FCU.
