Might as well upgrade. I noticed this as when I shift hard from 1-2 or 2-3, I heard the
exhaust leak. Like a psssh sound. Figured its the donut gasket on the header connected to the cat coming loose. Checked and its tight. Looked a little further
and the damn mount is almost in tow pieces!


Obviously this is not good and could cause damages down the road, as well as losing me alot of engine response and possibly some power (what with the engine flopping about).

So what do I get? Can I pick up some poly mount replacements pieces? I would prefer to get whole new mounts for some bling and the added strength.

Please help me out. What will fit? Any links for a good product?

I love my Innovative mounts in my 99 Civic w/ b16. There is very little vibration, a lot less than my friend's with hasport. The engine is solid too. I'd reccomend them to anyone. You can buy them off of Passowordjdm.

 

That happens to always happen in a si the same mount always breaks. When my did that i replaced it with hasport intermediate model mounts and from now on i always insert energy suspension inserts because they truly help.
