I did an obd0 to obd1 conversion on my 90 crx with a jdm b16 and I'm getting a code 20, 23, & 41. These codes are always flashing on my dash and dont go off until i turn the car off. I didnt hook up the two power wires (what are they for?) or the (3) grounds on the conversion harness, or the knock sensor wire for that matter. I'm running a virgin p30 and vtec works, 8200 redline, motor seems to run great.

Its more annoying than anything, can anyone help me out on why they keep blinking without being tripped?

There is really only one answer for all these codes. Stop doing things half-a$$. Wire it up like the directions tell you to.

 

I did wire it like the directions told me to. I found out the extra power and grounds are just there if you want to wire anything else off the harness. Still the fact that im throwing codes when its not tripped and my two service wires are disconnected is kinda wierd.
