ok this has not worked for a while so even in winter this was a problem. on my 99 si the engine temp is fine when no A/C on but when it is on it will heat up engine. i checked the coolant and that seems fine but i did notice there was no belt on the A/C pulley. is this the most likely problem?

 

that may be a problem but i wouldnt worry about it if i were you,you can just get a jdm A/c setup blows 100% colder

 

can someone give me another opinion?
