Rims Question

hey guys my brother just got a new set of rims, but didnt know what kind they are. Can you please tell me what type of rims these are.

They're obviously not new since there's curb rash on them.

I'm assuming he didn't get any center caps with them? Have you checked the inside of the rim for any names?
