After I had my engine rebuilt the oil pressure seems alot higher than I would expect. I didn't install the oil pressure guage untill after the engine went in. I'm running about 75PSI most of the time when the engine is hot. Idle is still about 30. And when it's cold it will get to about 105. I'm worried that maybe they used too big main bearings. Would this cause this to happen? Is the stock pressure sending unit located between the oil pump and main bearing? I'm concerned the head might not be getting enough oil pressure if this is the case.
