Default HELP PLEASE! ALTERNATOR/SP SENSOR FUSE PROBLEM!!!!

Hey guys, i have a sotck 99 ek coupe. it came wiht a y8. i recently pulled the engine and put in a stock b16 out of a 00 SI . everything bolted up fine and the harness pluged up fine. now when i start it it starts up fine but i notced that the CEL light came on after about 10 sec of it running and the speedomerter did not work. now i checked the fuse for ALT/ SP sensor and it was blown. i notced everytime i put a fuse in it pops as soon as i put the car on on. so i thoguht it must be a short in the harness. i checked it out it was fine. i changed the alterntor , still pops. i changed the speed sensor, still pops. i completly dis connect the wireing harnness from the ecu and still pops. i removed the harness from the car , still pops. so at this point i fugured it was some thing inside the car. i removed the alarm , i checked th main relay behind the glove. examined under the dash arounf the fuse box. i am completly out of ideas on what to try or do??? i was reading on here something about the o2 sensors, but mine pops fuses witht he harness not connected. is there a stuck relay some where? mabe a wire got pinched? the car was working fine before the sawp so i fiqured it may be somehting i am overlooking, i basiclly checked everythign i did in regaurds to the swap , please i would really apprecatate yalls help!!!!
