Default what kind and where to get transmission fluid for my clutch type kazz lsd...

well i got a b16 lsd cable transmiision, when i got it it locked up around corners, wouldnt disingage, well i took it to my friends dad a transmission specialist and he said the lsd was too shimed so he fixed that, well i asked him but he wasnt exactly sure where to get lsd aditive oil for my transmission. i was thinking a dealeship, cuz shucks or napa prob dont cary any. just wondering what everyone else uses? i need to get some this weekend so i can put the trani in. also do u fill it full of lsd aditive or just some, and should i poor some on the clutches before i put the lsd back together? thanks -blake

I'm no expert on diffs, but I believe for a clutch type you need an additive called a friction modifier. Ford sells a good one, and it is also availible at autozone/pep boys, etc. Others feel free to chime in and correct me if I'm wrong.

I bought my friction modifier at autozone but the chevy dealer sells the additive too

I run straight Honda MTF in my transmission with the Kaaz unit, it works fine. Did you do the proper break in procedure?
