Default Rear Brake Swap

A rear brake swap from a jdm eg to a north american eg should be a straight forward swap, wouldnt need to change the master cylinder, prop valve and booster, right?

Yes, should be all the same. the booster might be different because its on the right side not the left as in USDM.

If you are swapping just the rear disk, you would not need to swap the PV, MC, or BB.
