oh, I ordered an intake, new m3 floor mats, and a radio (cd player). that will probably be it as far as mods go. I do want some red/white tails and clearer looking head lights...the oem US spec ones are foggy looking imo

hahaha, nah, it's clean inside imo...it is leather man, it's going to look worn..that can be fixed. This out performs the ep3 overall...and it has 4 doors like I wanted

thanks man, the ep3 was great, just time for a change.

The m3 is a 98. It's fast enough to beat a srt-4 at least It was fast in it's day, but now there are so many fast stock cars out there. It keeps me excited when I drive it by myself...keeps the wife and kid comfortable when we drive around town...so nice and quiet inside.

Wife and kid, that right there is the perfect reason to get a four door auto. That way you could have best of both worlds, comfortable ride and the wife could drive it if your too tired on those long family trips. Just make sure to keep up with the maintenance and that car should treat you right.

Probably not the popular opinion, but I'd have stuck with the Si. Cleaner, newer, more reliable, better on gas, more cargo space, manual transmission, cheaper parts. Can't disagree too much with an M3 though.

M3 > EP3

No offense but the EP3 looked like it belonged to a kid like me. A guy with a wife and kid like yourself is much better off with a grown up's car. How's the insurance payment on that thing btw?

be delicate w/ those black side moldings

i think they cost like 80 bux for a replacement. eeek

i dont think it was a good trade -given the condition of the m3; but nothing a good minor restoration can't fix
