Default oil leaking from turbo

i just put a freshly rebuilt turbo on my b18. when i started the car it was smoking like a train. it is also shooting oil out the exhaust and compressor side of the turbo. i did a compression test and its down a little on one cylinder, but i took off the manifold and there is no sign of oil in the head at all. it is completely dry. i thought the seals were gone so i sent it back. they pressurized the turbo and said it was good, but they even put a new seal in it just in case. i then thought it was my return line because it had a little kink, so i fixed that. do i need a restrictor? i really dont know because the funny thing is i had the same setup last year with little or no problems. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

well determining the cause of the leak is number 1
after that fix what problems you have, you proboly do need to use a restictor depending where your return ties in, and how much is comp down in one cylinder, they are supposed to be very close to each other, and oil out the exhuast sounds like you have a very serious oil leak
