srs light flashes when trying to pull cel

srs light flashes when trying to pull cel
When i try to pull codes my srs light flashes. My cel doesnt come on right away my car has to run for about 2-5 seconds before it comes on. so im thinking that the code just isnt stored in the ecu. any help would be apreciated.
