Default B18 camshafts into a B16?

Is the B18 camshaft more aggressive than the B16? Is it possible to use the GSR camshafts into an SI and gain more power or hurt performance?

A lot of people make a little extra horsepower by swapping to gsr cams. You will really benefit if it were turbocharged.
