would you rock cf on a black car?
As the title states would you rock natural cf on a black car? I like black, i like cf, but deciding is it worth the money to get the cf on a black car.

But it looks damn nice
But it looks damn nice
Personally I think cf looks great on white cars because of color contrast, and decent for other colors, but as for black it seems a little out of place. I prefer straight up black.
Just my two cents.

looks ok.. imo CF hoods look out of place without a matching trunk... vise versa also.. needs a theme to be complete

Is this theme good enough?
I've thought of painting it but everytime i look at it it seems to look better not painted, not sure maybe i should.. but then again it makes the car different from other blk dc2's.

personally, i would only do cf on black cars, personally. mirrors are a minor thing. i'm talking about hatch or hood, fenders, bumper, etc...

IMO carbon fiber fiber hoods look good on any color car. Get an OEM one
. If you get one with vents.....
Just my personal reference.

I have one on my 2000 civic hb, and I love it a lot...I have one with a metal latch...and it very secure...and I don’t use hood pins. not a lot of people notice that I have a cf hood at night...so I think it really good...it light and not very noticeable

Dang, I think everything is rice now. Uncle Ben is winning hands-down.
I'm not attacking your particular argument for CF, but wowee--anything that adds some sort of aesthetic value can be labeled as the starchy seeds of an annual cereal grass (thank you m-w.com for the definition of 'rice').
