Tranny gearing/LSD question???

Did a search but didn't find what I needed to know, now my question is.....

what is the difference between:

JDM EK4 B16 tranny w/ factory LSD

vs

USDM B16 tranny

vs

JDM ITR Tranny w/ factory LSD

vs

USDM ITR tranny w/ factory LSD

other than the ratios and LSD on the ones you mentioned i dont know of any differences.
