clutch installation
I'd definitely grab the Helms manual first and go over it to see if you can do it yourself.
I haven't done it on the S2k personally (tons of civics and integras) but if you need a hand, I'm willing to come over and help/learn for when I'm ready to get mine. I'm up in Peoria.
I can see a problem because it's heavy/awkward so you cant suspend it with a engine hoist from the top while you're dropping it. I guess you'd need a tranny jack.

It is a not as easy as it looks. Get a factory service manual. Look it over real good. If you have any doubts, pay a professional to do it. No offense, but from the sounds of your post it sounds like a little too much for you.(I could be wrong.) You must drop the transmission. You will need a tranny jack and/or a few friends. It will probably qoute 3.5-40 hrs labor.I would plan to take 5-5.5 if you do. Hope it all wrks out. remember $350 to have it done right is WELL worth it.
Good Luck.
