Default ls/vtec question

ok.. i have a 98 civic ex right now and im about to get the LS longblock.. then im buyin a b16a head because it flows better than the b18c head... then im getting the b16a transmission because its shorter gears.. now i was just wonderin what engine harness would be best to run with this modification.. ? thank u.
