I searched, but all I could find was stuff from 4 years ago. I need to know the best stuff out now.

I will be boosting around 16-20 PSI on with a ported and polished LS head with .5mm oversized valves. It has a built bottem end and balanced crank.

What would be the best cams and valvetrain to use for my setup?

I was going to get Crowers, but I have heard of a lot of people breaking their cams.

 

yeah crower cams do break https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1646136. I believe 404's are all motor cams. You can get any big all motor cams. I use Toda B in my motor.

 

Mine isn't done yet, but I will be using Rocket Valvesprings, stock retainers, stock valves and Rocket L21 cams.. pretty mild setup, nothing huge. Will let you know how it does, though

 

I use Crower 62404 camshafts, Super Tech valve springs, Super Tech titanium retainers, Super Tech valve seats and OEM cryotreated valves. 8700RPM with no problems thus far

How much power are you making?

 

So what cams would yall recommend for 375-450 HP? This will be a daily driven car also.

 

how high are you going to rev ? crower stage2 turbo cams are good..
