Default 3rd gear poping out of gear

3rd geat pops out while driving could it be the clutch or Syncro or combination of both? curious before i spend more money then i have too

u would have to replace the 2nd and 3rd gear set. cost about 300 or so from the dealer.

before anything you need to check the shift linkage/cables for damage(bent, cracked), adjustment. check the shifter to make sure there is no physical interference. Broken trans/ engine mounts can also cause this.
As for internal problems it could be worn detent springs, bent shift rod or fork, too much input shaft endplay, worn syncronizer, worn dog teeth on the gear or synchro.

i had the same problem but in 5th gear, my tranny oil was low. after adding oil everything was fine. try checking your tranny oil.
