car won't start after resting for a while
happens every now and then. It could be a cold day, or a hot day. I think it might be the main relay, but i thought main relays tend to act up on hot days only.
What exactly does it do when you try to start it? Do you hear your fuel pump prime? Are you getting spark? How are your fuses? Typically, if your main relay is broke your car will start and then die right away.
the car is actually an 88 acura legend. but i dont know where else to ask. They lack a main relay. If it is the distributor, wouldnt it give you trouble while the car is running as well. Once the car runs, its okae. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
