Help Installing PIAA super whites

could someone give me step by step instructs. on how to install these .....

uhmm, pull out power plug, twist light out of housing and do it backwards with the piaas. dont touch the glass!

I'm a whimp and I always unhook the battery when i'm working on the electricals.
